How did the bidding unfold once the auction got underway?

Now, you've got a few busy things that you're dealing with at the moment.

One of them is the minimum standards into the Residential Tenancy Act.

And I guess from a landlord's point of view, what should they be thinking about once that goes through?

Up and down with the market, you know, one day you're reporting positivity, the next it's doom and gloom.

And when I was talking to the agent involved with that 630,000 apartment sale that was over the reserve, it's a good example of just how the auction process works.

Because if you had a private treaty on that,

you would never have got the sort of money involved in that case.
