We were doing sitcoms.

But this was...

It was all on character.

It was exceptional writing.

And you realize most of the people who ran shows back then came directly out of the theater, first generation.

And then years later, it would be their kids.

And now it's just people who only know TV.

And it gets softer and softer.

It's a whole new thing.
