Yeah.
And also we have a number of guys that I think –
Some have pitched out of the pen, some can pitch out of the pen.
Our initial approach will be to stretch out the guys who we think can start as starters, but if it does make sense at some point to shorten guys up and have them pitch out of the pen, we'll do that.
We'll also stay engaged with the possibility of making some external additions.
Sure.
You know, with Rob and Alex going elsewhere, you know,
their leadership and their impact and influence in the clubhouse is going to be missed.
But I think that there's a void that's also capable of being filled by some of the guys that we have.
I know Trevor is looking forward to the opportunity to become more of a vocal leader.
And it's something that he's talked pretty openly about.
It was something that was difficult for him while he was injured and at times away from the team.
I think there are young guys who have a lot of leadership potential, though I think we have to caution ourselves against thinking that it's a fair expectation for a 22- or 23-year-old to emerge as kind of the outspoken leader of the team.
And then also those things are important, and they will be part of the equation when we look at additions.
But I think outside of making sure that we're doing everything we can to bring in good teammates,
I still think that there's an unsettled argument or debate about whether or not great performances on the field tend to breed great clubhouses or the other way around.
We'll try to strike the balance and accomplish both.
But I think we have strong personalities.
We have guys who are focused on the right thing.
And I think if we win a lot of games, then the rest tends to take care of itself.
