Opportunities are going to present themselves.
And you want to be nimble, and you want to be adaptable to those types of opportunities.
You draft well.
You develop well, like Montreal has done.
Now in these opportunities, a lot of them that we don't even know about, Tony, and a lot of them that Montreal doesn't even know about, but that will arise over the coming months and in the next year, that's what you got to be ready for.
And I think that Montreal's positioned themselves exceptionally well.
