You know, O did warn me about it, but I haven't taken the scouting report and applied it, so just bear with me.
You know, it's the same thing I feel about Mike Babcock.
Mike Babcock's name has shown up as a coach.
We know that Mike's a terrific coach.
And, you know, again, if everybody was perfect all the time, you want to learn from your mistakes, acknowledge your mistakes.
But if you're looking for a good coach, I don't think there's anything sideways about considering Mike Babcock as long as he's ready to say, hey, listen, I'm going to be better.
I'm going to be better in some of the other areas where I wasn't very good.
But as a coach, nobody can argue that Mike Babcock's not one of the top coaches out there.
Yeah, I think that's fair, Jeff.
But at the same time, you have that discussion with Mike.
Hey, listen, here's an opportunity for you.
You're going to be judged and evaluated on your coaching, but we're going to be watching how you treat players and how you deal with these other... Everybody.

I mean, John Tortorella, who we're now watching in the Stanley Cup playoffs again, I mean...
Things were said, and I'm not trying to, there's nothing negative about John, but oh boy, how he does this, how he does that, right?
Well, John's learned, and I think smart people can learn.
And you're right, Jeff, there might be a fear, but at the same time, don't just dismiss it, because like Carter Hart...
These are people that have shown a real capability to be really good, and people may disagree with that, but I believe in second chances, and I believe if they're ready to acknowledge your past and move forward, that's okay.
