Yeah, there were stretches in games when they could do it.
But, you know, you never really saw Carolina on their back foot.
And that's going to be the task for Montreal, to take their style of game and their strengths and try to find a way to get them back and withstand the pressure.
If they can withstand the pressure and then get their game pushing the Carolina Hurricanes, you know, a little bit backwards, then they're going to have a lot better chance of winning this series than not.
Well, you can't be a good team unless you have resiliency and you can deal with adversity.
I mean, it's not like you play the game 80% in your favor and 20% where you've got to withstand it.
The games are very finely defined.
And, you know, when you understand, hey, we're up against the, you know, we hear the word, oh, expect a push.
Well, teams, the Buffalo Sabres showed that in game six.
It felt like at 3-1 it was going to be,
okay, this is going to be a heck of a celebration in Montreal as they win game six in the series.
Matheson gets the high-staking penalty, things are going pretty good, and then they get that goal by Zucker.
And from that point on, Buffalo just said,
We're not going out like this.
We're coming right after you.
And they did.
They were phenomenal for the rest of that game.
But Montreal had to have to understand that they have to move on from it.
You know, Marty's, you know, we don't bounce back.
We bounce forward.
