We want a coach that can work with young players, can work with veteran players, that can get us to play as a group.

Are there coaches that check those boxes?

I think so.

But I think that the key thing here is a coach that understands where the team is at, how to get the team to be a little bit more defensive-minded and at the same time take advantage of their offensive abilities.

Part of that is going to be about composition of the teams.

Because if you don't have defensemen that can move the puck, well, you're going to have troubles in your own zone.

It doesn't matter who the coach is.

If you don't have enough players that can contribute offensively, it doesn't matter how much you want to play offense.

You're not going to be able to have success.

So I think there's a lot on management here.
