He's got to get those stretched out longer.

And I'm not saying there's not incentive.
He only has a one-year deal, but I just think that until I see more consistency in his game, then I'm prepared to tell Zach, you know, you need to show us more.
We think you're capable of more and you're going to have to give it, but it'll be, I'm not giving him a three-year contract.

If I was sitting down with Zach Bolduc, I would tell him, go and try to follow the path of Alex Newhook.
