The axiom, pitching is ahead of hitting, I don't think that applies.
There's no question we've played some games where it's a tough run scoring environment.
It means, I think, underlying there's less things to kind of worry about.
Yeah.
You know, but like baseball is sequential and offense is sequential and you have to string together and you have to, you know, it has to be a line of consistent at-bats and you can't have one good at-bat and then one at-bat that's empty, you know, and so that's how you're going to score runs.
And, you know, speaking to maybe the previous question, on days when it's difficult for the home run to be a part of your offense,
it's even more important that sequential offense happens, right?
Like you have to have three, four straight good at-bats to score runs because you're going to get some home runs knocked down.
So that's part of it.

That's really where we've probably failed is we've had the two good at-bats and then the next at-bat has not worked, and that's what's going to need to happen.

I mean, I thought he had a pretty active day yesterday, you know, as much in the outfield as anything, just kind of chasing some foul balls, full steam on base a couple times.
So I had a conversation with him this morning and kind of see how he felt coming out of the game.
You know, he said, I know I played nine innings of a major league game yesterday, but all in all, I think it's good news for where he's feeling and where we're trending.
And how are you measuring that progress?
