Uh you know, the idea that the manager comes in, sits virts down and says, This is the plan, you're gonna get all the assists, you're gonna score some goals, and the fella who's gonna score the goals, we're gonna put him right beside you.
Um like I like the idea that they may be sitting eating dinner together every day and that they're they're they're sharing a change in the room and they're trying to build a relationship off the pitch as much as that.
I think when we were in the we we were lucky enough to watch the priest the the open training, um and again you could see they were in the same
exercise, you know, and so again are you know is is the manager looking at this and going, well actually if we're gonna have them play in in tandem on the pitch then at every opportunity on the training pitch we have them close together and we build it through that way.
I think as well for Virts like, you know, in terms of his own confidence, um, you know, being able to say to him that you've got a clearly defined role in this football team, um it's here, it's not gonna deviate away from this.

you know, can really help him because I think as you mentioned there, the couple of positions that he does play, he didn't look like a a sort of a left attacker for Liverpool anyway.
I know he did a little bit of that for Germany, but for us it just it I don't think it's what we want from a from a left attacker.
Um it just makes that a little bit more difficult for him to be able to to to bet in.
Um so exciting green shoots, you know, there's a moment in preseason I I can't remember if it was last weekend or the weekend before where
It was last weekend where a ball comes to to to Verts and you think he's gonna take a touch and shoot.
And rather than do that, he has already seen that Isaac is on his way into the box and he lays it off and Isaac puts it over the bar.
But I love that because that's Verts at his as best.
He sees something before you've even thought of it.
Um and that's gonna be that you know, having someone like that right by behind Isaac is setting the team up to have your most important two players.
players, um, you know, supporting each other and and enabling the other to be the best version of themselves.
Yeah, who I think uh Keo alluded to.
I mean, probably the real winners, the ownership group, having made a cool couple of billion or whatever it is.
