And really, you shouldn't be lacking confidence at this point in time.
You should just be trying to solidify the confidence you have because the process you put in for a long period of time
the course of, it's not just one season, it's a number of years you've been watching these players.
So that's where you're at with respect to that.
You're also evaluating, you know, what possibilities exist for trades.
And I'm not talking in the top five or, you know, rarely do we see anything like that happening.
But it's with other picks, you know.
You've got the Vancouver Canucks who have the 25th pick, you know.
Would they package the 25th pick in one of their seconds to move up?
Is somebody interested in giving them a couple more picks?
I'll give you an example.
The Calgary Flames, who have 30th, would they give the two, I think 35 and 36, to get to 25, which gives the Vancouver Canucks a couple more picks?
Because the one thing that I always...
that I've always learned and I always felt is that when you get to that point in the draft, you know, there's a group of players that fall into a range from 21 to 50.
And why do we hear, we can't believe he was there?
Do you know why you hear that?
Because teams have rated players differently.
And so now there's this maneuvering.
Who do we think could be there?
Well, if we get a chance to get two of our players in our group of five or six instead of one, why don't we try to give ourselves that chance?
