You know, I've never figured out how you guys calculate churn.
But what I can tell you... Come on, Craig.
I mean, I don't understand the math.
But what I can tell you is the average customer lifetime in the CRM business is about 28 months, believe it or not.
So people sign up to Salesforce or HubSpot or whatever.
And two years later, they're looking for a replacement, which...
