There's got to be accountability.

The winners want players to be held accountable for repetitive mistakes, and that much I don't know.

But I know that Chris got the team to the Stanley Cup Finals the last couple of years.

He came back with less experience

And that takes character to be up there.

And I always thought that was the job of the head coach.

I mean, I don't care who's in charge of the power play, who's in charge of the penalty killing.

You're in charge of everything.

And that's the way he handled it, and I have a lot of admiration for him.

He's got a ton of character.
