Well, he's got the physical skills that the pace and the elevation of the pace does not affect him.
He actually got better in the playoffs, less mental mistakes.
I think it is, yeah.
I think the way that they played at the end of the year โ
What do you do with goaltending?
Well, I don't think he can flip him.
I mean, he's making $5.5 million or whatever it is.
You've got to try and work with him.
I don't think there's any...
any other courses who you bring in to help them out i mean connor did a pretty good job it'd be hard not to sign him and bring him back there's an eastern conference team that's got four goaltending prospects i would target there's a couple of eastern conference teams that got extra goalie prospects and see if i can get a goalie out of future out of one of those organizations that's better than any of the orders goalies in the future
I mean, what I anticipate and predict will happen is we sign Conor Ingram, we come back with Jari, and we roll it out again.
If you try and upgrade Jari, it's going to cost you a lot of money, and you're better off giving them another opportunity.
And if it doesn't go well down the road, try and add somebody trade deadline-wise or sooner that can prop you up.
Ronnie Lowe, he had some fire under him.
Hey, the job is tough.
Everybody makes mistakes.
And the critical thing to me is that you acknowledge your mistakes, you recognize your mistakes, you own your mistakes, you learn from your mistakes, and you don't repeat them.
But I've always believed, and this doesn't apply to Stan, but I've always believed that the most dangerous guy in the room, whether it's scouting or a lot of the...
jobs that I've held over the year is the guy that does not acknowledge or admit a mistake and those guys are dangerous because you make them and you have to grow and learn from your mistakes I mean Stan and his staff whoever he hires underneath them they're paid
Well, to get these things right.
