And he's a good coach too.
He was a really good coach.
And we used to send...
notes back and forth, like in the starting lineup, you know, and the coaches gets a copy back in those days, and I'd send a note back, kind of a comedic note, and he'd send something back, and then I get their starting lineup back, and he said something funny, but I look, and he started the wrong thing.
frigging goalie and i'm going i gotta call him on it you know like i this it was hard to do but you just i didn't have any choice and i called him on it and sure enough they scored in the first shift of the game robbie de mayo de mayo scored in dallas the first shift of the game shane hire who i know and and buddies with he was the linesman he was a referee then because he had a stint as a referee this might have been the end of his 10 years a referee but uh

Wasn't it his first year that he won?

Yeah.
