I teach my clients, but they also teach me.
I've learned a lot from them and how to teach them.
And building that curriculum has been a task.
But the way the curriculum works, it has many facets to it.
But the main important thing that I want my staff to know, you don't teach skills just to teach skills.
Anybody can do that.
Right?
We teach skills that our kiddos can use.
The one thing I really, really, really try hard to do is leave my hat work.
Not at work.
Put it in a closet when I'm with my girls.
Because I can never put it off.
I cannot leave my work at work.
As a business owner, you can't.
Yes, that is the name of the company that I founded in 2007.
And it's a multidisciplinary clinic that offers applied behavior analysis therapy for children with autism.
And then we added speech and occupational therapists the last few years.
Applied behavior analysis.
Beautiful.
And then we have occupational therapy, speech therapy, and we can offer physical therapy, but there's not really a need for that right now.
