And, you know, I was at NC State before.

I knew Elon.

There wasn't much down there.

I wasn't even going to go talk to him.

My agent convinced me.

I was on a plane.

What am I doing?

I get down there, man.

They had built, the school had doubled in size.

It looked like a country club.

They built all kinds of new facilities.

Back then, that was the top one AA conference in the country, then Missouri Valley.

And we went in there, and everybody thought it was hopeless, much like Indiana.

It was probably in worse shape than Indiana.
