What's happening is that certain countries are stepping in.
China, for example, this year banned initial coin offerings or said it was going to ban initial coin offerings.
And
and Bitcoin plummeted for days on that news.
There are some filings out there for ETFs.
A lot of asset managers would like to launch an ETF based on Bitcoin, that invests in Bitcoin, but they haven't received approval from the SEC yet.
And in fact, one filing was pulled this year because the folks who filed it just don't think regulation has moved quickly enough that the SEC is ready to do this.
So until that happens, I think there's still a lot of question marks because every time a regulator does step in, either to approve something related to Bitcoin, then the price of Bitcoin may rise quickly.
And if they reject something or shut off coin offerings, then the price plummets.
Well, I think we've seen the value of the dollar fluctuate at times, too.

Payments change hands via a peer-to-peer structure.
It's anonymous and it's efficient and it's low cost, but it also kind of opens the door for it to be used on what we call the dark web where it's used on the black market.
And we've seen thefts where people somehow break into people's what they call Bitcoin wallets and steal their Bitcoin.
Their Bitcoin just disappears forever.
And we've seen where security codes are stolen.
I spoke with someone just this week who had lost their information related to their Bitcoin some years ago.
And they have quite a bit of Bitcoin, but they can't get it.
And as one advisor said, it's like cash.
