And it trades at, it's way overvalued compared to the amount of Bitcoin it owns.
At one point, more than 100% overvalued to what it's really, the Bitcoin it holds is worth.
It's not an ETF.
There are no ETFs or mutual funds.
But it is a publicly traded trust, Bitcoin Investment Trust.
It's GBTC is the symbol.
But again, a lot of journalists are writing about this and warning about how overvalued this fund is.
It went from trading at over $1,000 to trading now around $700, but it plummeted even further than that when China recently said it was going to ban initial coin offerings.
So it can, you know, that was a $300 drop in no time, probably even went down further than that.
So a lot of people are buying into it, letting it run up and then trading off.
There is, I think, a very good chance that there will be at some point a publicly traded ETF or mutual fund that has exposure to Bitcoin.
And that's going to depend on regulators.
But there's a lot of movement there.
Grayscale Investments is talking with the SEC, continuing to try to get something there.
And the Winklevoss twins, they have a filing that now has been rejected but is now, I think, again under review.
by the SEC.
So there are people out there who are pushing to get it out there.
And I think it's very likely.
