There's a pink boy that looks like a flamingo.
Go ahead and assume it's not a flamingo.
It's fun to come to a place where you're just surrounded by thousands of other people who are really into wildlife and nature and you're like...
dive into the weeds, and it's cool.
And it's completely normal to be like, oh, there's a cool butterfly.
So I typically use a 10 by 32.
an NL.
So NL is just with a great big field of view and the ergonomics are really nice and like it just sits well in the hand.
I use a 32 because it's nice and small and light.
Spawning scopes are amazing.
They allow you to see further, larger magnification, but the biggest pain point is that weight, and they're big and clumsy.
So how do we just get rid of the tripod?
Yeah, absolutely.
I like the diversity of birders here so I can talk to somebody from Guatemala and then two meters later I'm talking to somebody from Vietnam and then I'm just bouncing through this entire like world of birding and everybody has their own origin story but also their own perspectives on this.
But it's- Becomes more important to you.
It seems that birding, the face of birding is changing.
Oh, I think... So to that cool, it seems that...
weirdness is now not seen as weird anymore.
That having like something unique, a unique hobby or a unique interest is not an exclusionary criteria but seen as kind of interesting.
It's fine to be different.
