Played a bit of AFL Nines and that's probably the limit that I've got.
No, the body's actually really good considering the injuries that I had.
I can go for my runs, lift my weights and stay active without too much worry.
So, so far, so good.
It's holding together.

The boys have been playing really well the last few weeks, and early in the season, we had quite a lot of injuries and a lot of change in the team week in, week out, and it's nice to have a settled team for the
this little period and I think the proof is in our performance and how important that is.
Oh we did have a look at the way that we're playing and you look at all three phases with your offense defense and contest and where areas maybe there's gaps we need to improve things that may be falling away in previous years but a
one of the biggest pieces, what I mentioned before were our injuries, uh, early in the year and guys reported and, and missing games and not having that continuity week in week out.
And when you try and play into it in a system and guys that have played a lot of footy together for such a long period of time, when there is change that can take a little while to, to adapt and get used to each other.
And add to that, getting new players in the team with the likes of Oscar Allen and, and, uh, and drapes in the rock and things like that.
There's that connection piece as well.
So, um,
We were pretty confident with the way that we were playing that things would turn.
And, yeah, fortunately it has.
Yeah, you're right, Pickers.
And add to that, you've got Kitty Coleman, you've got Carthy, you've got all these, yeah, all these guys.
playing in the VFL now that are really putting pressure on spots in the AFL team.
So there is that pressure to perform.
