I mean, I think there's two different points here.

One is a lot of times when these um properties go under conservation easements, even though it's in a conservation easement, there is usually an entitlement that's left over that says they can have one or they can have two lots.

It's not always predetermined where the lot has to go, but it usually is predetermined where the roads going and the things that can't be there.

So there is the potential, even in what we've seen with conservation easements, there's one or two lots that they could still divide in the rest days or resid the residual.

So that that exists today and I don't think there's anything we would do to change that.

The second part I would say with that being said is what if there is of an abutting piece of property that's there that that is getting ready to do a cluster?

And the two work together and the guy's like, You know what?

I've got two lots left here instead of me

Instead of me doing something with what if I sell them to you, you now get all of this, you get this extra acre.

This can be more open space for you and it allows them to redesign the property even better.

That's what I think would be a flexibility we may not want to necessarily stop from being able to help.

You know, because it it would only work if you haven't done the the sub you know, the um the first of all coordinate subdivision or you haven't done the cluster because if you've done 'em, you're done.

This is the budding property, hasn't been developed yet.

You're studying here, you have the rights to two lots.

And so what they what you reach out to the other person is he buys the rights of those two lots that abut your property.

Now all of a sudden you've got even more open space and probably a better design.

So would we really want to prevent that from happening?
