Um the one on Route fifteen says, you know, this weekend is um oyster weekend.

You know, so you've got the guy out there and you're now requiring him to come back on route fifteen.

three days in a row just so that he can meet the requirement instead of saying they could stay for the event or they could meet something reasonable where it's four days.

So to me, I'm a little bit concerned and I've expressed that to her that we've got this all of a sudden kind of this just kind of arbitrarily daily requirement that doesn't seem to be

any real substance other than it's not forever um in it.

But also the difference I see in the

um food vendors is the permanent food vendors or the temporary food vendor is

They're coming there as a secondary use to something they're already at.

Like they're coming to the they're coming to the beer, they're coming to the winery.

They're not just driving.

When you go to a rural restaurant, you're driving to the rural restaurant.

When you're coming to this, this is an accessory to what you're already doing.

So it's not it's the same traffic, it's the same people, it's not additional people.

Where at the rural restaurant, it's diff it's additional people.

And also it's not additional bathrooms.

I mean, it's the same bathrooms, whether the whether the food trucks there on Saturday and the ch food truck's not there on Thursday.

It's it's the same amount of requirement.

And I bring that up because of the thing about it talking about, you know, and making sure that they meet septic approval.

I'm not sure what approval they would be trying to meet if they're in a food truck that has no place for them to set and it and it's moving.
