A federal judge in San Francisco Friday blocked the Trump administration from cutting funding to the University of California over claims the school system allows antisemitism and other forms of discrimination.

The judge granted a preliminary injunction sought by labor unions and other groups representing the school's faculty, students and employees.

President Trump has spent the day on the phone with leaders from Cambodia and Thailand.

The two countries are still arguing over a border dispute.

Trump helped broker a temporary peace from the fighting, but the conflict is still not resolved.
