So I was tracking other numbers such as net worth, savings percent, my debt payoff.

And so the system helps you have ultimate control.

It doesn't just tell you what has happened.

Now,

I have used my journey to help with the way I teach clients and the way I create for them.

And I lean into what works best.

So I did track my net worth for a while, but I found at some point it did not mean a thing to me.

It was not supportive.

So don't track anything that isn't giving you output, meaning I can make a decision off of that.

So just also know that you might have an app that has some of these things, but if it's not allowing you to maybe project futurely, then it's time to get rid of it and find something else.

So the lack with your tracking apps or your spreadsheet is they don't give you an overall picture.

We talked about they're very good in the moment, in the pay period, in the month to allow you to not overspend.

Making sure that you add that element in with the other pieces relevant to your situation gives you knowledge of not only where you are, which an app is so good with that, but where you're going.

And remember, I know most of us here are on our retirement journey.

We were thinking about retirement.

And so being able to look ahead and get further ahead, we talked about that last episode, you need a system that is going to support that.

So how do you know a system is working?

I want to share that first, before I get into specifics with you, how my clients saw that their system was working.

One client, she was able to save $11,000 in 90 days because the system was working and telling the money where it needed to go.

She was saving this money for upcoming home remodels, as well as upcoming expenses into the next year.
