Podcast Appearances
I haven't had a podcast for such a long time.
So, oops, I went into the kick pod.
That's one of my favorite pods, but not the pod.
I am recommending today.
So I am recommending, I wonder if you have listened to this yet.
And it's an episode of The Imperfects and it's very in line with the season that I'm in right now.
It is called Dr. Edna Letgabe, I hope I'm saying her name correctly, New Baby, New Brain, Matrescence.
And it's just, I think for me, the more I can understand the changes to my brain and
and my body in postpartum, the more I can separate them from myself.
So for example, at the moment, I'm feeling very anxious, but there is a very good reason for that.
And being able to separate that, and it's not like I'm anxious, it's like, oh no, my brain has changed and these things are heightening me.
It's just, it really helps me not feel like it's overtaking me in my life.
Anyway, so if you are postpartum, and do you know what, actually, I actually think every single person should learn about matricence and listen to
It was a really, really good part in the episode where I think actually Josh brings it up, one of the co-hosts, he talks about the comparison of adolescence to matrescence.
And I haven't heard that put together before in that way.
