And I think it was such a good side by side because obviously we as a society identify adolescence as this huge life changing state where there's mood swings and all of these things.
And we know that that's the case.
We've done so much research in it.
But as always, we have not done any or hardly any research at all on women's health and obviously giving birth is a women's health, goes into that category.
And it's just so interesting to learn more about it and also to hear it being put next to something like adolescence that we take so seriously.
Like why do we not take matrescence as seriously?
It's crazy and blows my mind.
And actually on that, I don't know if you saw this, and again this is wild and blows my mind, but there has just been a new advancement
I think it was out of the UK.
I saw it on the BBC.
In childbirth, a new way to get a baby out through a vaginal birth.
It's like this big plastic thing that goes on their head to help guide them out.
Yeah, it's a new thing.

But as I was watching that video, it's less intrusive or forceful would be the word, I'm not sure, on the baby's head essentially.
So it's more gentle.
