And I just remember the countdown, you know, when you go five and then it goes live.

And I still got that adrenaline rush that you get before diving on, going out behind the blocks.

Yeah.

I mean, it's Commonwealth Games, so we're always very successful.

We always have a great rivalry with Australia.

But the Commonwealth nations are very successful in the world, so I think we're going to have a very strong contingent of racing going across the board of all the sports.

The para sports, we've got some very successful para athletes going over.

And track, swimming and bowls.

I think we're going to see a lot of highlights over the next few days, for sure.

I mean, the black line, it's a love-hate relationship, right?

It can be very tedious at times.

You start overthinking, oh, what are you going to cook for dinner tonight?

Instead of actually thinking about how the stroke should be catching.

But yeah, it's a very lonely sport.

It's many years of literally blacklining yourself and a coach.

I did have a few training partners which were incredible.

Exactly.

It must happen.

I mean, when you're training as well, you get given, you know, a training list of what you need to do when you need to swim.

And, you know, do a 400 free and you're like, oh, yeah, you have to think about how many lengths that is.
