It was good to get in for a few days so we could hit the ground running this week.

Yeah, it's great.

Obviously great to be in Christchurch for the week.

I see a lot of fond memories here.

Being able to train at college for the week has been pretty cool and special, seeing some old faces and a few old boys in the team as well, Darry and Fittisa.

So yeah, it's cool to be back in Christchurch.

Obviously a beautiful day and we're looking forward to the rest of the week.

Yeah, we've got to move on pretty quickly.

Obviously there's disappointment from a Super Rugby point of view but you know as a bit more mature player hopefully now you've got to be able to move on pretty quickly.

From that disappointment it can be hard but we've got a good group of players here.

We've got an exciting week this week to come up against a good French side so we've got to move on quickly, focus on what's ahead and excited for

for this week's test.

Oh, yeah, no, it's one of those games where it can, but I guess you've just got to move on pretty quickly and surround yourself with the people that are close to you.

I was able to get home and spend a bit of time with family, which is great with my boy and my partner.

And then getting back into camp, it's always exciting seeing the new faces, seeing the new boys who are getting an opportunity, new coaches, and then making sure we just get back into our work.

Again, we've got an exciting three tests coming up.

France is the first opportunity, so really excited for that challenge we've got this weekend.

Yeah, I think he was in the previous week.

I didn't see him last week, but I think the boys said Richie brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the group.
