Yeah, I've said you've got to just move on pretty quickly and just back yourself really.
Do what you know works for you and gel together as a group as quickly as possible.
When you get to test rugby there's expectations to perform but everyone's excited for what we've put on the table and the game we want to play so looking forward to whoever gets that opportunity to play there on Saturday night to get them to their work.
Very, yeah, he's a good player.
He's playing some great rugby.
He's had a great season, an exciting player.
Yeah, he deserved everything he got this year.
So it's been nice to be able to link up with him.
Although he's still so young, he shows a lot of experience and maturity for his age.
And you saw that throughout the year.
He's obviously had a great season, Quinn.
I've been fortunate enough to play inside him for most of the year.
I think the thing with Quinn is he just brings his physicality and brutality around his ball carry and his defence is world class as well.
He's a guy you're able to give the ball to and run off him.
He creates that game line, which I guess for the game of rugby we want to play, that's really important.
Yeah you've just got to put your best foot forward in a training week and then
through what you've done throughout the year, and just trust what you've done.
Things aren't always perfect.
I've had that sort of season where things have gone good at times, things haven't gone good.
So for me, or for the rest of the group, it's about once you're in here in the All Blacks environment, putting your best foot forward, training hard, working hard, and making sure you're doing what's best for the team, whether you're playing or not playing.
