I've brought it up many times that if you're the team or the second team or even the third team in this particular draft, taking defenders off the board, I don't think you're super comfortable with it, you know, because these aren't Patrick Peterson.
This isn't Nick Bosa.
You know, I mean, they're they're good players, you know, but I don't love to the first defender off the board teams in this draft.
For Payton, I do, too.
But I'll be honest.
I mean, I lump these next two teams together all the time, Denver and Vegas.
They're both in Mahomes' division.
They're both in quarterback no man's land.
I think they both could be in contention for the first overall pick next year.
I mean, like I would not want to be the GM of either one of these teams right now.
They have needs galore.
And I think they might do something what I think is foolish or stupid and overdraft a quarterback in some way, shape or form.
That's not for me throwing them into this situation.
Yeah, I like this approach a lot, and I haven't seen Bowers linked to Denver, but I like it quite a bit.
I wouldn't have crushed them if they went corner, if they went any O-line.
I mean, those are premium positions for a team that needs everything.
