And the Bulldogs, just to remind people, almost um cannot miss a wildcard.

I reckon it is too.
And and look we he Luke Beveridge to his credit spoke publicly within twenty four hours of Greg Swan issuing that email saying I'll basically, and I'm paraphrasing, we'll do what we think we need to do to to better our team.
Interestingly enough though, Chief, that they've had some form at various stages of the year Bulldogs, particularly at the start of the year, but since then they've come off a little bit.
And um even Luke Beveridge during the course of the maybe the last two months has sort of suggested
publicly even that what they're doing is not gonna necessarily stand up, guaranteed to stand up anyway in a in a final series, despite them qualifying already.
Some big name retirements Brownie, um in the course of the week we saw Taylor Walker officially say that this is the last year for him, but I think when it's all said and done, the still sidebottom news of yesterday for Collingwood, um, the grand three hundred and seventy three game player that he is, uh going to finish at the end of this year, whenever that match will be.
Yeah, he's been unbelievable still side bottom.
From the moment he kicked ten in the under eighteens into his first season at Collingwood.
There hasn't been too many players and he'd be, I think, the top five since I've been playing football and commentating both sides of the body.
I think Jason Ackermanus is up there, but I definitely think still side bottom, left and right foot decision making, just a natural footballer.
And you don't find that many natural footballers these days playing to the ilk of still side bottom.
So he's been a joy to watch.
And a couple of Tigers too.
We knew Nathan Broad was finishing up.
Um I I I still feel he could be on one of the two Perth clubs lists next year.
And Dion Prestia the club announced he's retiring from Richmond and he made it very clear that the retirement from Richmond doesn't uh doesn't preclude him from um hopefully in his eyes accepting an offer from another club.
Whether he gets one, he's gonna be thirty four um by close of um calendar year twenty twenty six.
So he's had a grand career and he was one of the players that
