Social media, how many minutes per day do you reckon the current adult in our country spends on social media?

Twenty five.

A hundred and forty one minutes per day.

One hundred and forty-one minutes the average.

And for fifteen to eighty and eighteen year olds, it gets worse.

It's up to about three hours per day on social media.

So it's ridiculous.

People are wondering exactly what could you be doing with your time.

So this isn't financial advice, it's not going to get you out of a hole, but there are so many things.

Some people think I've I can't do this, I can't do that, I don't know where to start, and then there's two hours you could have.

They put themselves in a hole and they're like, they don't do anything.

So uh a couple of methods you can use is get everything out of your head.

So your head is the worst thing for you.

Write it all down.

All the things you need to do that you haven't done.

Write them all down and get it down.

It can be on paper, it can be on your computer, but just get them out of your head.

It it feels better to write it down.
