I've probably, as I've got older, learnt to deal with it better.

I think everyone's got it, how are you?

I and it there's degrees of it too, isn't there, Brandy, with what you're referring to there.

I I I I don't think anyone is not

going to be ser um suffering some form of it.

But I I think as you get older and and even just hearing Brownie with the mechanisms there that he's highlighted to uh combat it, um I've probably embraced a couple of those over the journey.

And and I'm I'm a big talker with my wife too.

Not every day, but if there's something that I just can't get out of the head, that's where I get it.
