You can't underestimate what a 20-second breather as a defender gets you, right?
I mean, even if you go into statistics point of view, like your heart rate could be screaming in the red zone.
If you get 20 seconds, it's down to the point where you are recovering.
You're getting maybe 150 beats per minute, which is, you know, you can operate at that level.
What you want to do is get defenders in the red zone and keep them there, keep their heart rates, because that's where mistakes happen.
And that's, you know, when you're operating at a high intensity like Arsenal, your heart rate's screaming and it cracks.
That's why, because players can't stay on that rev limiter for too long.
Whereas at Liverpool, they just seem to get out.
Again, I don't like the way they play.
It's too slow.
