So he still had a career ahead of him potentially?
I employ my mom now.
And for the longest time, it was a single parent relationship.
My stepdad came along when I was about 14 and he's a great bloke.
But yeah, I kind of identify as an only child in that sense.
And like employing my mom now gives me such an appreciation of the skillset that she has that basically allowed her to raise me well in the sense of her organized, all the opposite skills for me.
She's so organized and detail focused.
She's a bit of a bulldog.
She whips everyone into shape.
You know, she's great.
So I think it's a weird thing to employ your parent.
You know, that's a role reversal that can be quite challenging.

I don't know.
I don't know the other path.
Yeah, would you have your views on, you know, the way you approached your financial advisor career?
Do you think that was impacted by the way your dad's ended?
If you, if you, if it's like someone's listening and they've had that kind of something that's rocked their identity or someone in their life has had a similar thing where a big part of their identity has been taken away from them and they're struggling, what do you think is a way to overcome that?
Yeah, these scripts, as they're called.
