And today I have with me Andrew Lieber.

Andrew Lieber is a non-resident scholar in the Carnegie Middle East Program and an assistant professor in Tulane University's Department of Political Science and their Middle East and North Africa Studies Program.

His research and teaching focuses on the domestic politics and international relations of the Middle East and North Africa region, with a particular focus on Saudi Arabia.
