Very simply stated, if you are an illegal invader from another country, here illegally, and have children, all that matters is territorial jurisdiction?

In other words, you're born to U.S.

soil, no questions asked.

That's the leftist argument, territorial jurisdiction.

And those people are not subject to the political jurisdiction of the United States.

They are citizens of another country.

And folks, I don't know what's going to happen in the Supreme Court in the case.

Supreme Court is hit or miss.

Amy Coney Barrett has been totally unreliable on these things.

But there is zero doubt that this has not fully been litigated.

A lot of these cases they cite preexisted a lot of immigration laws that are even in question.
