Now, Mike was a hell of an athlete.
We know that from his time at Bishop Boyle on the basketball team.
Was basketball his best sport?
Yeah, and if you look at his numbers, he played on some great teams at Bishop Oil.
And he was also, now I can't remember if it was you or your mom telling me, we're talking to Dan Bradley, who has lived at 1137 Greenfield Avenue, or at least his family does now.
They bought it from the McCarthy's.
I don't know, about seven years ago, and the two families lived right next door for upwards of 50 years, that Mike showed leadership qualities as a kid.
He liked to instruct other people in sports, things like that.
Could you imagine him back then as being a coach and a leader?
Dan, it would appear certainly that Mike has never forgotten his Greenfield roots.
He just did an interview with Bob the other day where he couldn't say enough about Greenfield toward the end of the interview.
In what ways has that manifested itself over the years?
