I just, yeah, it's an infrastructure piece for me personally.

I live in Auckland, heading up that sort of direction to Tāparanui and all those.

I love that area, but I just think infrastructure wise and what's going to generate over the next 10 years, you can see QT and Wanaka.

I've got clients currently building in Jack's Point, you know, like those areas and that infrastructure is probably too large for me.

And you can see that change.

I think the opportunities

for what you could get for money-wise is probably going to be more rewarding just because of the higher value that sits in Mungify and that change.
