I think first, in a way, just in general, I think if you ask the three of us, is it a good time to be buying?

I think we'd all probably say yes.

I think the market is probably making a bit of a shift.

So I think in overall perspective, whether it's here or,

Hope or wherever, I think that we're going to see potentially a bit of a shift because those interest rates are holding.

So I think those first things first from me personally.

Look, you kind of can't go wrong here in the Tauranga area, the Bay of Plenty.

Regardless of all the things that are available to you, it's just such a variety of options, including, I guess, what's happening here.

And you take the last 10 years, the city's doubled.

If you ask people that lived here in 2015 to now, we're a completely different city.

And I think in the next 10 years, it will be again.

And I guess that's the thing to be looking at.

And I think the return across in those sort of environments, as it gets compressed, it's going to probably shift some house prices upwards.

So there's some really good returns there.

it's an exciting time.

Um, you know, you kind of can't go wrong here, right?

So if you're going to come visit Nick, we're going to go to the forest for some mountain biking.

That's my passion.

Or we can go and hit a surf and let's go do that.
