So I'm like, you can come to me for the first time.

So, no, look, same as Mark.

Look, I'm an 800-meter walk to the beach here.

I'm in Mount Maunganui.

I don't need to go anywhere else.

I'm actually going to take this caravan, which is my office, up north, post everybody having to take their kids back to school.

And then I can go up and it'll be a hell of a lot quieter.

So...

I'll be trucking up there after February, most definitely, but I need to be here.

It's going to be a busy time, so I need to be here for clients.

Yeah, most definitely.

I've actually got a friend who's just moved here and he works out of Auckland.

Yeah, a lot of remote work in the city, especially from Auckland.

In fact, even in Stewart's area, I've got first-home buyers that my client still works remotely in Queenstown, the Queenstown Lakes District Council.

So, yep, people shifting back towards this area definitely noticed

A lot of out of town is starting to move back in probably in the last like three to four months.

And that's it's really transitioned really fast.

And, you know, that rental market, I gave you those numbers earlier to here.

That's almost kind of relative to, I guess, what we're starting to see flow back into here.

And that's that's the shift in the change.
