So when they start seeing those oddball papers appear, that that will alert them.

And then if we happen to be talking if our scientists happen to be allowed to talk about any of that,

uh on the open science avenue of conferences, giving a lecture, pres you know, giving a uh an oral presentation on some research for 15 to 30 minutes uh or 45 minutes at a given technical conference.

That's when they're people who always come to Western conferences under disguise.

I mean they will be real scientists from that country, either China or Russia.

And if they can get a visa to attend uh one of these conferences it's somewhere in Europe or the United States or Canada, then or Mexico even.

Then they'll be able to sit in on that.

But they will know that they are also representing their foreign intelligence agency, their their national intelligence agency, and they're being told they've got to collect as much information and talk to as many Western scientists as they can, specifically on the topic of those papers that he's going to see the oral presentation on.

So it'll come out in the public domain that

that those two countries will first learn about this.

But it will never be an official government phone call uh from the White House or the State Department or the Department of War or anything like that.

Uh nobody in the executive branch is gonna pick up a phone call and give them a heads up.

The a the spy agencies do talk among each other very privately and quietly on uh secret channels, uh, but they don't

That that's for the purpose of coordinating some foreign intelligence activity.

Hey, we gotta send our guys across two miles of your territory and go into another country, a third party country, to kill or or surveil some really bad guys that have kidnapped a hundred kids.

from one of your countries, from one of your

you know, princip principalities or something.

And so they're out of your your your sphere of influ or they're out of your uh
