You only get access by uh back in those days, I don't know what the standards are since Obama reorganized it all, but um back in those days you had to you had to

have a need to know with the uh with the appropriate security clearances to access the facility.

And then if you're in the facility, you just that doesn't give you a ticket like you're going to the museum to enter every single one of those storage vaults.

uh each of those vaults are rented from the institute to hold the samples, the tissue samples that were collected by the program that put those tissues there.

Whichever program it is, biowarfare, accident and injury

studies, human factor studies, and it could be anywhere from the intelligence agencies to the military services and and um and probably some private c uh private hospital collections and stuff.

So um so you have to get the permission of the owner of the vault, the one who who's buy who's buying space on that real estate or renting it from the director of that institute.

And so that director doesn't have the ability to go into a classified vault.

If the vault is unclassified, I understood he could get into it.

But if it's classified, he's got to get permission and get the need to know from this field security officer of the program office that owns the contents of that vault.

So um I do know that the director back in the late 90s, early 2000s period.

knew where the vault was that held um some of these recovered UAP uh NA NHI bodies, but um he wasn't at liberty to tell the individual who had the clearances and invitation to go in.

He was a medical doctor and um and go and say, hey, I'd like to see those and

That director said, Well, I can't even see them.

I have to get permission from the owner of the contents in that vault.

And um uh uh and I've already known that the that they're standing orders not to give anybody uh authorization to go in, even if you ask.

You just can't you just can't I can't call on your behalf and say, Can you give Doctor XYZ access to your vault so he can examine your holdings, your collection?

And they always turn them down.
