And uh so I've seen my first sighting in 1989, and then I didn't experience the

full onslaught of what um

of what a precognitive sentient phenomenon is like until I got to Skinwalker Ranch for the five of six years I was there.

And that's what we categorize that phenomenon as.

We did have a combination of UAP sightings and b uh orbs, uh

Crypto terrestrials, um, other strange phenomenon, um, and so forth.

And that was all accounted for in the Kellerher Knapp book, Hunt uh The Hunt for the Skinwalker.

And um in 2000, that was published in 2004.

So that was documented there.

And then the our experiences working, uh, those of us who used to work at NIDS, uh, of us, Colin Kelleher was still working for Bob Bigelow at Bigelow Earl.

And so we went forward with the DIA's program after we won the comp uh after Bigelow, sorry, after Bigelow Aerospace won the competitive bid uh or proposal.

to get the OSAP contract.

Uh, we went forward with that.

So there's more data coming in.

There's data coming from the ranch by way of Bigelow Earl Space's security teams that are working out there.

Uh there's data coming in uh that uh coming in from Bigelow Earl Space that was collected as part of their um as part of their uh contract tasks requirement.

And um so we would get um monthly reports, uh almost daily reports at times, depending upon the nature of the um of these of the report and uh the intensity of the phenomenon's interaction with the witnesses.

Uh so we would read, and we being my former boss, Hal Putoff, at the Earth Tech uh International Incorporated and the Institute for Advanced Studies at Austin.

And uh I was his uh chief scientist and senior research physicist for 15 years.
