You've got to keep a super low profile so your enemy, uh so the enemy or adversarial nations don't throw all their spies at your personnel, your government personnel and your contractor personnel.

You don't want a big program that's gonna attract a large amount of foreign attention to it, foreign spy agency attention to it.

That's why you don't have a Manhattan Project.

But we need one.

That's why the after the end of the first 10 years there was no progress, so it got shut down for another 10 years.

They brought resurrected it and they just repeat the cycle every 10 years.

The hope is that physics and engineering knowledge and practice evolve over the f the subsequent 10-year period to the point where they can resurrect it, the reverse engineering program.

Apply all the new knowledge and practices at the that alien hardware and attempt to come up with a a a discovery.

And when they don't, then they've got to go another 10 years because we need we just don't we're not advanced enough.

And I don't think we'll ever will be.

I think um, except with with the exception of what Jim Lakatsky told Corbell and Knapp, that kind of bothers me because that tells me that somebody got some success out of it.
