Jacques nicknamed it the Pentacle Memo in his first volume of Forbidden Science.
And unfortunately, the modern versions of that book you can get, you know, the updated newer version, they don't have that damn memo in it.
You have to go back and get the old one with the green paperback cover, and it's got the Pentagon memo reproduced in it.
So it's been allegedly declassified.
