uh it has been transmitted to the members of the appropriate committees in both houses of congress in classified environments and that includes whistleblower david gresh and uh I can't speak for Matthew Brown or um uh Dylan

And uh we go back to March 2020, him and his former NRO boss and I.

So um uh so basically they have communicated this classified information.

that I have and that Dave was able to dig up through his own investigations using his security clearances.

Uh and they cla and they transmitted that information in a classified environment to the appropriate members and uh uh and committees of of both houses of Congress.

Uh and as far as I know, Dave has only briefed the House Oversight Committee Subcommittee on UAP task force.

Um and uh I don't know

That he's briefed the Senate.

I briefed the Senate staff for the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence and the uh Senate Armed Services Committee and the Senate Intelligence Committee.

I briefed their staff two different times because it was two different staffers, groups of staffers.

And um, all of that was in classified environments where I am able to communicate.

Classified information to according to the terms of the standard form 312 NDA for security clearances.

But I cannot communicate that to the public.

And then people complain: well, why are you saying that there is classified programs and there's our NHIs in uh in government possession and things like that?

That's because we uh know what the guardrails are for communicating classifications.

classified information to the public with the blessing of DOPSR.

And essentially those guardrails are just talking about the existence of UAP craft, that they crashed, they got recovered, the existence of N NHIs, whether they were on a craft or not.
