One of our co-founders, actually, I won't say which one, he loves a nap, and that's not really on brand unless you're in certain parts of the Mediterranean to have a nap, but meditation and just taking your mind off things and going through a guided meditation where there's one brilliant stage and exercise that's doing that, and that is amazing to take half an hour out, and the amount that you can just de-stress from that
is massively important.
It'll help you get to sleep.
I definitely do a lot more in the last, even last six months.
