We can then, you know, we've got the whole journey to to explore and navigate with our guests and work with them to build the relationship, build the trust.

And when you build a brand, you're building trust with your guests.

And hopefully the goal would be to repeat bookings, right?

And book direct.

Uh so I would say, yeah, branding, branding for your business, branding for your personal brand into 2026, I think can't be any more crucial than it is today.

With the evolution of how fast AI is growing and growing.

Once you package up your tone of voice, your branding, your colors, your logos, your experience of your brand overall, AI is just gonna just boom skyrocket and send it to the moon.

100%.

Because of the speed the market is consuming knowledge, the the speed the market is consuming how we travel, how we book things, how we experience the world.

And and if we take a step back and irrespective of 2026, right, any smaller operator, regardless if you're in Australia, the US, New Zealand, wherever, right, the traditional space, and we are we are, you know, the proof with this story is that.

You start out by yourself, you you get Sally's listing down the road, and then Sally talks to Jim and Jim's like, yeah, I'll come on board and then boom, before you know you've got 20 listings, right?

And you've bought yourself a really cool job.

Like this industry is really exciting.

Um and then you go through this evolution of now you've got to build a team.

And then you've got to figure out how to, you know, do your cleaning ops and the rest of your admin ops.

And it just gets out of hand.

And then before you know it, you uh you've got a business and you're like, oh, wait a minute, but no one really knows who I am.

And you have this heavy reliance on the OTAs.
